On Sunday, 8/31, at 12:00pm in the school cafeteria, Mrs. Starry and the first grade PREP teachers are hosting a “Sundae Social” as a way for first graders to meet their PREP friends and teachers with songs, a craft, and ice cream.

ONGOING CARMELITE COLLECTION

Spearheaded by parishioner Maureen Hildebrandt, WASA has formed a wonderful, faith-filled relationship with the sisters. The Carmelites are cloistered and live a simple life surrounded by God through prayer. They are sustained through the charity of others. If you would like to contribute a few items to their daily needs, there is always a collection bin at the information desk in the lobby.

Suggestions: cleaning products; paper products (white); plastic storage and trash bags; applesauce cups; cooking oil; canned goods: soups, vegetables, fruit; PB (creamy) & jelly; non-stick cooking spray; sugar; boxed potatoes (any kind)
