Dear Parish Family,

The season of Lent offers us an opportunity to climb the mountain of Easter. For the past 40 days, we have been attentive to the Word of God, spending time in prayer and repenting in order to renew our baptismal promises at Easter.

St. Ann's parish exists to bear witness to the most decisive moment in history: The Resurrection of Jesus Christ. Christ has conquered sin and death. The Lord comes to bring peace and pour out His Spirit on us all.

Take time to repent and to acknowledge your weakness, your emptiness, your fears, and your doubts. The Lord is seeking you! He calls you by name and offers you His Peace.

As we walk together as a parish on this road to Emmaus, take comfort knowing that He walks with us. Let us pray that we too will come to know Him in the breaking of the bread.
