Being an altar server is a great way to learn more about our Church, get an up-close and personal experience of Mass, and perform an important service for your parish family.
 

WHAT IS AN ALTAR SERVER?

Altar servers play an important role in the opening and closing processions, and assist the priest during the celebration of Mass. New servers are paired with an experienced server for their first few Masses.
 

ALTAR SERVERS

  • Need to be in grade 3-12

  • Should have received First Holy Communion

  • Should attend Mass faithfully along with their parents

  • Are willing to serve at Masses once or twice a month

  • Need to attend a training class
